This new medium-film wood finish combines all the strengths of thin-film and thick-film coating sys-tems in a single system. It enables optimal diffusion together with low water absorption. The elasticity of the paint film protects the wood against cracking and mechanical influences. It is highly resistant to weath-ering so less time is spent on cleaning and care.
Water-based breathable medium layer glaze with very good weathering resistance and uniform degradation during exposure to weather. Medium film formation with 30 to 50 µm dry film thickness depending on the coating system. High blocking resistance, fastwater resistance, short drying times and natural appearance characterize the product.
The slightly thixotropic product acts as an effective cleaner, degreyer and brightener and restores the wood to its original colour (by means of bleaching agent). Biodegradable. Contamination, wood extractives and discolouration caused by metals can be gently removed. Intact coatings are not attacked.
Whether vibrant and bright colours or decent pastel colour shades – nothing is impossible for Lignovit Color. A high level of covering power and weather-resistant ferrous oxide pigments guarantee a perfect surface for opaquely coated wooden constructions for a number of years. We recommend using Lignovit Sperrgrund (sealing primer) 40960 as a primer coating in order to prevent yellowing at branch locations for white and pastel colour shades.
Especially on rough sawn or brushed wood, beautiful results can be achieved with the opaque wood protec-tion Lignovit Color STQ or Lignovit Color VAC HF. It goes without saying that Lignovit Color STQ and Lignovit Color VAC HF are available in all RAL and NCS colour shades.
Lignovit Spritzfertig NG is a water-based wood finish that has a balanced ratio of flow to stability on vertical surfaces with the help of special thixotropic agents. This is why they are particularly suitable for applying coatings to vertical surfaces using the spray method. Two coats are applied directly on the wood. Preliminary primer coating with Lignovit Lasur (stain finish) has proven itself in practice particularly in the case of dark stain finish colour shades. A particularly uniform glaze finish appearance is achieved as a result. You can blend numerous customised colour shades with the help of the ADLER | MIX system. Whether in natural shades of brown or fancy colourful shades, the sky is the limit as far as your fantasies are concerned.
This ready-to-spray product is especially suitable for garage doors and materials used for making panels.
Solvent-based universal wood glaze, free of aromatic hydrocarbons and free of cobalt based on long oil alkyd resins for wood used outdoors. Primer, intermediate and final coating in one. With the product you will obtain natural matt surfaces with uniform coloration. The open pored product is characterized by an excellent water resistance, long durability and uniform degradation when exposed to weathering.
