This is because, right from the start during product development, we consider the potential effects of our products on human health, both during and after use. We have a general ban on the use of toxic, carcinogenic, mutagenic and reprotoxic raw materials, meaning that the materials used in our paints and varnishes meet all the key criteria for a healthy living environment. All the ADLER green products have been formulated without the addition of any allergens or synthetic nanomaterials. They are unplasticised and do not contain any raw materials that are sensitising or cause skin corrosion that could damage the internal organs.

We spend around 90% of our time inside buildings, so it's very important that we create a healthy indoor atmosphere, especially in living areas. Many paints and varnishes contain toxic substances that evaporate into the ambient air and end up in our bodies. Our low-emission green products are kinder to the environment and to our health. All these products are free from the harmful chemicals that are found in conventional products. We make efforts to use a very high percentage of renewable raw materials in their manufacture. The raw materials for these products are mainly sourced in Europe. We manufacture these products in Schwaz (Tyrol) on a site that is 100% carbon-neutral.
