Digital printing in perfection
From antique looking timber to impressive façade designs - Stainer creates innovative digital prints to meet customer requirements. The appropriate primer from ADLER ensures optimum adhesion whilst the top coat protects the surface permanently.
Impressive results in extreme weather conditions – digital printing in outdoor areas
Printed surfaces in outdoor areas will be exposed to extreme conditions. ADLER offers a water-based coating system that is extremely durable and offers maximum protection against yellowing. It protects surfaces against mechanical factors and UV radiation, prevents yellowing and ensures long-lasting colour stability. Our PRINT product range combines durability with sustainability and the highest possible degree of environmental responsibility.
Tested quality
Printed products coated with ADLER coatings were subjected to extreme weathering tests to test their UV resistance. Over 12,000 hours with maximum UV exposure, the equivalent of 12 years of sunlight in Arizona, resulted in only minimal changes in colour – even with critical colours. Transparency, adhesion, elasticity and hardness were also maintained over the entire test period.
DIPA founding member
As a founding member of DIPA (Digital Printing Association), ADLER has been addressing the subject of digital printing for many years now and regularly invests in innovative research and projects on this topic.
